Finally got my boots, it took 1 month to the day with no contact from the seller. They are actually coming from Shanghai, so even though the communications skills really suck, they are a legitimate seller, a legitimate pair of Uggs, and at half the price, worth the wait.

where are my boots ???????????? have been waiting for 16 working days and 27 days including weekends ! my daughter is driving me nuts asking when when when !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still no boots and no contact from seller after several attempts on my part. Even tried staying in the online chat room most of the 26th and posted many messages there. Several attempts at emails and phone calls both to no avail. I will wait one more week (just past the 2 week mark) and if i don't receive the boots or at least hear from somebody i will revoke the credit card. (There is 45 days to do this, just FYI.) If/when i do get the boots I will re post.

I got my uggs and i am very happy. It took 3 weeks to get here because its comming from china because the ugg factorys there because the people there work for cheaper ahha so you just gotta have patience and itll be here and keep on tracking you shoes. Its worth it. I love my shoes!

Recently ordered a pair of chestnut tall classic boots and wanted a refund for my money seller has not contacted me at all I have sent several emails and placed several phone calls to the contact number listed on this website and all that plays is music and no one ever comes to the line! I am very frustrated with this site and all I want is my money back!
